We take every step necessary to restore your home or business to its pre-damage condition as quickly as possible.
Our restoration process is designed to be as seamless as possible for homeowners and business owners. It starts with a comprehensive assessment of the affected area, where we determine the extent of the water damage and identify the source of the problem. Next, we use high-powered vacuums and pumps to extract standing water, followed by professional drying techniques that remove hidden moisture trapped in walls, floors, and ceilings. To ensure your property is safe, we also sanitize and disinfect affected areas, reducing the risk of bacteria and mold growth. Once drying is complete, we begin the repair and restoration phase, fixing damaged drywall, flooring, and structural elements to bring your property back to life.
We understand that dealing with water damage can be overwhelming, which is why we also assist with insurance claims. Navigating insurance paperwork can be a headache, so our team works directly with your provider to ensure you receive the coverage you deserve, making the process as stress-free as possible.
For homeowners and business owners in Olympia, the risks of water damage go beyond just soaked carpets and walls. Without immediate action, water can seep into the foundation, cause electrical hazards, and lead to serious mold infestations. About Olympia, WA
Olympia is the capital of the U.S. state of Washington and the county seat and largest city of Thurston County. It is 60 miles (100 km) southwest of the state's most populous city, Seattle, and is a cultural center of the southern Puget Sound region. European settlers claimed the area in 1846, with the Treaty of Medicine Creek initiated in 1854, followed by the Treaty of Olympia in 1856. Olympia was incorporated as a town on January 28, 1859, and as a city in 1882. It had a population of 55,605 at the time of the 2020 census, making it the state's 23rd-largest city. Olympia borders Lacey to the east and Tumwater to the south. == History == The site of Olympia had been home to Lushootseed-speaking peoples known as the Steh-Chass (or Stehchass, later part of the post-treaty Squaxin Island Tribe) for thousands of years. Other Native Americans regularly visited the head of Budd Inlet and the Steh-Chass, including the other ancestor tribes of the Squaxin, as well as the Nisqually, Puyallup, Chehalis, Suquamish, and Duwamish. The first recorded Europeans came to Olympia in 1792. Peter Puget and a crew from the British Vancouver Expedition are said to have explored the site, but neither recorded any encounters with the resident Indigenous population.
